The system installs as one thing, so it prices as one thing. No ladder of vaguely different participation levels to compare.
Founding pricing is limited to early implementations and will be retired once the onboarding process is proven.

Agency and Portfolio Licensing
For agencies, larger builders, and portfolio owners running the system across multiple clients or properties.
Scope and permitted use are defined in an individual agreement.
AI Website System Fit and Readiness Assessment
A paid readiness review for complex or uncertain situations, where the right answer is not obvious without looking at the existing setup first.

What the founding price is, and is not
Founding pricing exists because the implementation and onboarding process is still being proven with early customers. That cuts both ways and it is worth being straight about it.
A materially lower price than the system will carry once onboarding is proven. Standard pricing is $12,500 setup plus $750 per month.
You are early. The onboarding process will improve because of what we learn on your implementation. That is the trade.
Walkthrough or assessment?
The walkthrough is free and it is the normal starting point. It shows the system working and covers where it would fit for you.
The paid assessment exists for genuinely complex situations, where the honest answer to whether this fits requires looking properly at what you already have. Most people do not need it. Start with the walkthrough and we will tell you if you are one of the ones who does.
